Having commenced his career in design, Brett quickly identified the need for strategic and entrepreneurial thinkers who were capable of adding significant value beyond the provision of creative services.

As Director and Financial Controller of 3 Deep, Troy oversees the strategic financial planning of the agency. Troy has obtained a Bachelor of Business in Accounting and Information Technology. As a natural progression, he looked to utilise both these skills to begin a career implementing financial packages.

Culture

The Ideas Institute bridges cultures and communities with objects and artefacts. Our partnership with The Ideas Institute connects us to some of the most significant private collections in the world which include automotive assets, objects d'art, cultural artefacts, people and architecture. Through planning and strategy, we activate and leverage these assets to the benefit of a campaign or client. A recent example is the import and presentation of the Ferrari, chassis No.5, Ferrari's first Formula One and World Championship winning car from 1952 to Melbourne in March 2012.

Art

In many projects undertaken by 3 Deep we source, commission and collaborate with artists such as the partnership of AG11 with Six Scents or Robert Knoke with Zero Zero. Our artist network spans the globe and crosses art forms such as; painting, sculpture, film, music and performance. Identifying appropriate artistic collaborations for a brand, orchestrating detailed agreements while nurturing relationships and trust are all essential elements of a successful campaign.

Publishing

Approached strategically, publishing acts a powerful tool for our clients to reach and engage markets. In 2002, we established 3 Deep Publishing, a very unique and focussed publishing, distribution and retail arm of the business. 3 Deep Publishing provides our clients with access to over 600 of the world's leading speciality retailers, boutiques, salons and galleries. From strategic positioning through to distribution and sales, our knowledge, networks and experience in the realisation of benchmark publishing projects is unmatched.

Manufacturing & production

Our international manufacturing and production network spans more than five countries and operates quite literally 24/7. Between our headquarters in Melbourne and New York, we have delivered borderless and integrated campaigns in New York, Korea, Hong Kong, Japan, Seoul, Singapore, London, Paris and Berlin.

Fashion & Beauty

3 Deep delivers creative and strategic services within the national and international fashion and beauty landscape. 
We actively shape this landscape through several key fashion and beauty investments. Since our inception we have invested in several leading brands so as to inform our decision making, extend our network and develop integrated opportunities for our clients. We have an intimate knowledge of the design, production, wholesale and retail process and activate this knowledge to the benefit of our clients' campaigns.
