Don Quixote

The brief

The legendary Rudolf Nureyev produced The Australian Ballet's award winning version of Don Quixote in 1970. One of the great dancers of the twentieth century, Nureyev first performed with The Australian Ballet in 1964, and led the company on several triumphant international tours. These tours helped to earn the company its current reputation around the world as a lively, dramatic and technically robust troupe. Our brief was to capture the essence of the season and establish a compelling, image-driven campaign to excite existing and discerning markets, while captivating new consumers.

The solution

An integrated campaign of outdoor and print that captured the emotion and narrative of the season.
