The Six Scents brand presents artistic collaborations between high-end fashion designers, perfumers and artists to create a limited edition series of fragrances. Our brief was to establish a comprehensive Business Vision that would provide a roadmap for decision making, brand planning, manufacturing, distribution, human resources, communications, marketing, product development and sales.
The Six Scents Business Vision was established by 3 Deep Enterprise, a specialised division of our business that assists clients beyond the provision of creative and communication services. Through a structured process of discovery, we were able to capture the financial, operational, creative, marketing and communication aspirations of the business and convert these into a tangible set of objectives and strategies for future development and growth.
