The brief

Challenging the traditional view of Haute Couture season after season, Maticevski’s sensibility—hidden in the forms and fabrics he uses—taps into our contemporary surroundings and everyday life. Exploring garment construction abilities to the absolute limit, every Maticevski season is different while managing to hold its unique and uncompromising handwriting. Our brief was to establish a comprehensive Business Vision that would provide a roadmap for decision making, brand planning, manufacturing, distribution, human resources, communications, marketing, product development and sales.

The solution

The Toni Maticevski Business Vision was established by 3 Deep Enterprise, a specialised division of our business that assists clients beyond the provision of creative and communication services. Through a structured process of discovery, we were able to capture the financial, operational, creative, marketing and communication aspirations of the business and convert these into a tangible set of objectives and strategies for future development and growth.
