A graduate of The Australian Ballet School, Perth-born David McAllister began his training with Evelyn Hodgkinson and joined The Australian Ballet in 1983. He was promoted to Senior Artist in 1986
and to Principal Artist in January 1989. During his career, David performed a wide variety of Principal roles from the major classical repertoire including Onegin, Romeo and Juliet, La Fille mal gardÃ©e and Don Quixote.

Patrick McIntyre graduated from the University of Technology Sydney with a Bachelor of Arts (Communications). For twenty years, he has worked extensively across the Australian arts scene in managerial, marketing and business development roles. As General Manager of Sydney Theatre Company, he works with the Board of directors and Artistic Directors Cate Blanchett and Andrew Upton in leading and developing one of the world's busiest theatre organisations.

Phillip Adams is the founder and Artistic Director of BalletLab, forming the company upon his return home from New York in 1998. Phillip is a graduate of the Victorian College
of the Arts and his performing arts background spans a 25 year career in contemporary dance. Phillip lived and worked in New York for a decade after being awarded the ANZ International Fellowship Award in 1988.
