In response to the long-awaited and strategic launch of Harrolds' inaugural womenswear offering, 3 Deep were charged with creating a visceral and immersive desktop, mobile and tablet experience for Australia’s Luxury Department Store. With market demand driven by a booming upper middle class and a younger, more affluent, fashion educated luxury consumer, it was imperative that we clearly defined the strategic vision and values of the brand before developing a creative response. As a sophisticated digital footprint, the Harrolds websites are built on 3 Deep's Content Management System (CMS). Allowing Harrolds to independently merchandise all products across all platforms while seamlessly integrating native and third party content meant that Harrolds could now control every aspect of their customer-brand experience.
