Lovell Chen is a multi-disciplinary practice with more than 40 years’ experience in architecture and heritage. With ambition and creativity central to the Lovell Chen brand, 3 Deep were commissioned to establish a new website that better reflected the practice's dynamic, innovative and forward-leaning approach.

Through the process of digital discovery, we worked closely with our client to define the future trajectory of the practice, before setting in place the strategic and functional requirements of the website so that it could evolve with clarity and purpose.

One of the most recognisable themes to emerge from the stakeholder engagement process was the unique relationship between the heritage and architectural areas of the practice. Specifically, the potential for the practice to elevate the visibility of its architectural services in order to augment the long-held perception of the practice as one that primarily provides heritage consulting services.

The new website presents a fast, mobile first design approach that enriches the user experience while providing a range of functions commensurate with the scale and nature of the practice.
